The Original Garments® line introduces the 003 version of its pigment-dyed sweatshirt, an evolution that addresses feedback regarding its predecessor’s heft and thickness. This iteration employs a heavyweight fabric, approximately 850g per yard, smartly reducing bulk while retaining structural integrity. It is crafted from 100% cotton combed yarn that undergoes a scouring process at 70-80℃ to eliminate impurities, followed by tenta treatment at 190-200℃ to ensure the fabric’s dimensions remain unchanged, thus preventing shrinkage. Such careful preparation minimizes potential dyeing-related wrinkles or distortions, promotes work stability, and enriches the vintage color appeal through successive washes. The garment’s design features distinct front and back patterns for a natural shoulder silhouette, coupled with a double lip neckline for enhanced durability.
